Hey babes💕 I hope you’re all having a great summer so far☀️ I know I’ve been a bit M.I.A. lately, there’s been a lot going on🙈 But, I’m back and very excited to be blogging again😊 So, let me give you an insight on what my weeks have looked like lately🤪
As this picture is showing, the weather has been INSANE lately😍 I am such a summer person and I really flourish when the sun is out and I can wake up to blue skies☀️ Also, I’m so so happy that I moved to Sweden for the summer because I know I just couldn’t take the long and dark winters and this weather just makes me so happy, you don’t even know😍
With the sun shining and setting super late, I’ve got way more energy to go out and do something after work, and that’s what I’ve been doing a lot.😁 My office is located in Östermalm, right by the water, so it only takes a 5 minute walk to get to places like this🤩
The prices are crazy but with a nice view like the one at Strandvägen you really don’t just pay for the drink – you also get the views of this beautiful city and a certain appreciation for moments like this because they just make you feel so grateful and smiley😊 So honestly, I’m ready to pay for an expensive Aperol Spritz anytime here😂
Work has also been extra fun in the past weeks🥳 We started a very big project that will take up a lot of the time I got left of my internship. Here, you can see parts of our setup for a video production we did to introduce the project to our customers and prospects – we’re all very excited for it🙈😍
Although we’re already in the middle of June now, I still wanted to share a picture of the crazily beautiful cherry blossoms that covered the entire city in May.😍 Walking past them every morning on my way to the office really set me in the best mindset, God, I really love the Swedish summer☀️🤩 And I think I actually became some kind of a morning person here – never thought that was possible😂
A few weeks ago, I left the city for the first time since moving here to spend the weekend at my friend’s country house😊 We had the best time just exploring the area😍
We got some iced coffe at this pretty Café and just walked around Gustavsberg, a small town near Stockholm😊
The little harbour is so cute, Stockholm is really the quietest city I’ve ever been to but this scenery just calmed me down even more😊 I could’ve sat there forever in the sun and just watched the sailing boats swaying in the blue water😍
On Saturday, we just took the car and went on a little roadtrip to explore some more😍 The entire trip was such a mood😂 We just drove down these endless roads listening to country music, we really had the best time🤪😍
To finish off this great weekend, we got some burgers at Brödernas, my absolute favorite😍 I always get the truffel burger with halloumi instead of meat and let me tell you – sooo good🤤🤤
This blog post has been a bit all over the place but I’m glad that I finally caught up and we’re back with the actual timeline😂 For now, this is all I got for you but the next post is already in the making, so it won’t take me another month to post it🙈😂 Until then, take care loves, I’ll talk to you soon💕
