
Hey babes! I hope you’re all doing fine☺️ As for probably most of you out there that are into sports, this year, it has been a real challenge to stay active while staying safe.😷 The gyms and sports clubs are closed and we have to get creative for getting our workouts in and keep a social distance.
As a member of a sports club, I really had to adapt to the new situation after going to gyms or group sessions for years.🏋🏼♀️ But since I’ve practiced pilates for quite some time, I’ve gained some experience in working out with my own body weight – which you can luckily do almost everywhere, all you need is a mat. 🤸🏼

So I grabbed my old yoga mat, some small weights and resistance bands to make the workouts a bit more difficult, and here went nothing.💪🏼 If you need some inspiration to get started, the internet is FULL of all kinds of fitness videos you can easily do without any fancy equipment or any previous experience. You will definitely find something that works for you!☺️

I’ve spent the summer at my parents’ house and worked out in the garden almost every morning☀️ Getting some fresh air while doing a workout in the morning was simply the best, the morning sun was great😍Now back in my small apartment, I luckily have enough space to fit my yoga mat and do my workouts but I really miss the view and working out outside🥺

On days when I don’t want to do freestyle workouts, I started to do the courses from “fit body fresh mind” and I really love them!😍
Maddy, the trainer, is such a positive spirit and the workouts make you feel incredible after! Besides that, she also shares super yummy and healthy recipes on her website, a must-try!😋
I can really recommend trying the workouts! Especially now, when other possibilities are missing, starting with your own body weight is the perfect and healthiest way to start getting fit and ready for all those christmas treats coming up🤩
